Information We Collect
In general, you can visit many of our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Information about yourself. However, we collect information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser, which allows us to track the Internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but individuals remain anonymous unless you voluntarily tell us who you are. However, if you have created a user identity on one of your visits to this Site (for example, by making a purchase or creating an account), we may link the information provided by your browser to information that identifies you personally and use it for the purposes described below. In addition, we may review our server logs for security purposes, such as detecting intrusions into our network. If we suspect criminal activity, we might share our server logs—which contain visitors’ IP addresses—with the appropriate investigative authorities who could use that information to trace and identify individuals.
Information You Volunteer
We collect the Personal Information that you knowingly and voluntarily provide when you use this Site, for example, the information you provide when you request information about products or services, request a catalog, purchase a product or service, contact us regarding a purchase, or enter a contest or promotion. This information may include your name, shipping/billing address, email address, phone number, credit card information, birth date, gender, occupation, and personal interests and information used to verify your identity or for fraud prevention purposes. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. Information Provided by Third Parties
When you use a credit card on this Site, we may use a third party to process your credit card. The third party will inform us whether your credit card has been accepted so that we can complete your transaction. We do not keep your credit card information on file.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Do Not Track Notice
We may use automatic data collection technology to record other information that identifies your device and tracks your behavior on the Site. We may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookies, and the pages you request, as well as pages you have visited of our partner and affiliate websites and the products you were interested in on that website. At the current time, we do not comply with Do Not Track settings on your browser and the Site will not treat you differently if we receive Do Not Track signals from your browser.
Using Information About You

The Company shall only collect and use Personal Information in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorized by the individual.
The Company shall take reasonable steps to protect the Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. The Company has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The Company works to protect the security of information during transmission by using appropriate security/protection software and techniques. However, no system can ensure complete security of all information and you acknowledge that risk through use of the Site.
In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU individuals received pursuant to the Privacy Shield, the Company remains responsible and liable if such third parties engage to process Personal Information in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless the Company proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage. The Company shall ensure that any third party for which Personal Information may be disclosed agrees in writing to provide the same level of privacy protection as set forth in this Policy.
We use your email address to provide you with better customer support and to update you on the Company events, promotions, and products. You are able to remove your email address from these email communications at any time, for any reason.
We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. You have the choice to be excluded from our offers and promotions and to be excluded from sharing Personal Information with our Marketing Partners and/or our Service Providers. Updating, Correcting, and Deleting Information About You
You have the right to obtain our confirmation of whether we maintain Personal Information relating to you. Our Site is not aimed to attract children, and its objective is not to collect Personal Information from children. Anyone under the age of 18 should not use this Site unless supervised by an adult. Our goal is to comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to collection and use of information from children, including the Children’s On-line Privacy Protection Act of the United States. Safeguarding customer information is important to us. Once we receive your transmission, we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Information?

Please note that if you are a European Union individual and your complaint is not resolved through these channels, under certain circumstances, a binding arbitration option may be available before a Privacy Shield Panel.
